Cost of engraving, raised letters, raised themes, shipping and any applicable
sales tax are additional.

What is your refund policy?
PERSONALIZED GRAND BANDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
How much money or credit cards will the Grand Band hold?
The elastic band can be stretched approximately 12". Certainly long enough
to hold anything you would need or want to carry.

How is the Grand Band packaged?
The Grand Band is handsomely packaged in a black gift box with 2 extra bands
and a display card with instructions for rubber band replacement.

How many letters can be engraved on a Grand Band?

What is the difference between initials and a monogram?
For example John Fitzgerald Kennedy would be engraved as JFK
A monogram has a larger letter representing the last name in the center with smaller letters for the first and middle names which are engraved on either side. The order of the letters would be first name, last name in the center and middle name last.
For example John Fitzgerald Kennedy would be engraved as J K F
We are engraving monograms only in block lettering, as script lettering is
not clear enough to meet our standards.
What colors of elastics are available for the Grand Band?
Elastic bands are available in Black, and various colors. You will have a choice of colors while placing your order via a pull down menu.
How long do elastics last?
The elastics are made of a heavy duty rubber, similar to those that come
with produce from your local supermarket. They are all natural and will provide you with many months
of trouble free use.
How are elastic bands replaced on the Grand Band?
Stretching the elastic band taut will allow it to slip out of the slit on
the back side of the Grand Band.
What if I need more elastic bands for the Grand Band?
Replacement bands are readily available.
VERY IMPORTANT ... Please carefully choose the size of the bands you are
ordering as we have 2 different sizes.
We have bands that are 3/8" to fit our classic collection and bands that are
7/16" to fit our new collection.
